These terms

By using https://www.logicbeam.in you accept these terms. They cover the website, accounts and reviews. They are not the contract for a project — that is the written scope and quotation we agree with you separately, and where the two differ, the signed scope wins.

Using the site

You may read, share and quote this site freely. You may not attempt to break into it, disrupt it for others, scrape it at a volume that degrades it, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Give accurate details when you register — an account created under someone else's name or identity will be removed.

We may suspend or delete an account that is being used abusively. You can delete yours at any time by asking us.

Reviews

Reviews come from people with an account, and every one is read by us before it appears on the site. We publish criticism — a review is not rejected for being unflattering.

We will decline or remove a review that is not based on genuine experience of working with us, that names or targets a private individual, that is unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory, or that discloses confidential details of a project.

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a review you give us permission to publish it on this site, and to shorten it where space requires without changing its meaning.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. Prices, timelines and scope given in reply are an offer, open for a reasonable period, and become binding only once both sides agree them in writing.

Timelines described anywhere on this site are typical ranges from past work, not guarantees for yours.

Project work

Where we do agree to work together, the written scope sets the price, the deliverables and the schedule. Two commitments stated elsewhere on this site apply to every engagement and are repeated here so they are not merely marketing:

• On full payment you own what we build for you — the source code, the repository, the domain and every third-party account opened in your name. There is no licence back to us and no lock-in.
• We quote a fixed price against a written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and starts only once you approve it.

Our own material

The design, text, wordmark and code of this website belong to Logic Beam. Quoting or linking to it is fine. Republishing it as your own, or reusing the wordmark to imply an association that does not exist, is not.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is provided as it is, and we may change or withdraw parts of it without notice.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Beyond that, and in relation to the website specifically, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data arising from your use of it. Liability arising from project work is dealt with in the contract for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
