Yes, completely. You own the repository, the domain, the database and every third-party account opened in your name. We hand over full source code and access at launch, with documentation, and there is no licence, retainer or subscription required to keep using what we built.

Our annual maintenance contract covers security patching, dependency and framework upgrades, uptime monitoring, scheduled backups, bug fixes and a named support channel with agreed response times. It exists because software that is never updated becomes a liability, not because launch is where the work ends.

Yes. We work with clients worldwide and keep working hours that overlap with European and North American time zones. Projects run over email, scheduled calls and a shared channel, with a private link you can open at any point to see current progress.
